- Bring pen/pencil and paper. A note pad is perfect – This will be your report to reference
- Take pictures for reference – We do not take pictures unless requested
- Ask questions – we are doing this for our client(s) and want to make sure they understand what we are saying. We also want them to feel more educated about their potential home before purchase.
