As of July 1, 2022 in the state of Colorado it is now requiring that if a business is providing a service to test or mitigate for radon they should have a Radon License. The new law is to help protect consumers. These Colorado radon regulations are part of a sunset law, so that means they can expire in 10 years if the residents of Colorado do not vote for a renewal of the law. Next time it will come up on the ballot will be in 2031.
